  1. Condition of Products:  Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned or exchanged in their original box.
  2. Shipping Costs for Returns and Exchanges:
  • Customer's ResponsibilityIf the return or exchange is due to personal reasons like 'change of mind,' 'size mismatch,' or 'style dissatisfaction,' the customer covers the shipping costs.
  • Veneans' Responsibility: If the return or exchange is due to product quality issues or damage during transit, Veneans will bear all shipping costs.

  2. Tracking Number: It's essential to email the tracking number back to customer service.
  3. Refund Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
  4. Original Shipping Cost: The initial shipping cost is non-refundable.
